The CCM Group branch in Tyumen took part in one of the main events in the oil and gas industry - the annual Tyumen Oil and Gas Forum (TNF 2020).

The main issue that excited everyone concerned the future of the oil and gas industry in the context of recent news — "OPEC+" deal. This topic discussed at the main plenary session. According to experts opinion, in the near future (at least 20-30 years), traditional energy sources will be in demand. Therefore, it is planned to develop the petrochemical industry, but at the same time to launch new energy projects with renewable sources, including hydrogen fuel.

CCM took part in the Health and Safety Environment (HSE) panel discussion on health and safety in the new environment.

The main topic of discussion was expected to be the functioning of the industry and the work of companies in conditions of new pandemic circumstances. The speakers shared their approaches to preventing the spread of infection at sites and the measures taken in this regard.

There are about 20 basic measures were taken for the safety of employees in total. These are organizing of isolation facilities, application of PPE, laboratory testing, separation of different group of patients, etc. All these measures reduce the incidence of disease. However, all participants agreed that the most important aspect is the personal attitude of each employee to the measures taken.

"We cannot disagree with this conclusion. We can take as many measures as we want, but as long as a employees is not responsible for his health and the health of others and doesn't wear a mask, wash hands, use antiseptic, hide the state of his health and contacts with sick people, all these measures will go to waste. The discussion featured clear examples when an employee who hid his health condition infected all colleagues on the site. While we all are waiting for a vaccine that will allow us to develop immunity, the situation remains tense and there is no need to talk about a decrease of the epidemic. For now, we need to show more personal responsibility" says Yuri Kardakov, Head of Air Ambulance Service of CCM Group

The forum also included an exhibition, where presented the innovations in oil and gas and service industry.

"The most interesting exhibits for us became the quickly constructed buildings and structures of Roder сompany. It is important to us in terms of building hospitals, which can be quickly deployed in unprepared area on industrial sites" - sums up Yuri Kardakov.

TNF is the main professional platform and international forum where market experts create the future of the Russian fuel and energy complex. This year the forum took place on September 22-24 and assembled the top executives of the leading Russian oil and gas companies.
