Safe waste management
First of all, it is achieved through creation and implementation of safe waste management of medical activities.

According to the Company's environmental policy, during the selection of various recycling methods (medical waste recycling systems), priority is given to methods that help to minimize the generation or release of chemicals or hazardous emissions.

Now we are start developing a portable recycler for health centres with the possibility of safe disinfection of waste by means of autoclaving and its subsequent structuring, which will make it possible to quickly and safely convert hazardous medical waste into "household" waste.

In the selection of medical supplies priority is given to materials, technologies and equipment safe for the environment according to WHO recommendations and certified in accordance with Russian and international environmental standards.

Constant and ongoing training of first aid medical staff on international standards (BLS, ACLS, ITLS)

Implementation of the "Medical Assistant" program at the industrial site, which allows responding quickly in case of emergency and providing assistance in a timely and efficient manner.

Telemedicine
Continuous support of the medical personnel in remote health centers by profile medical specialists of the telemedical call center for the correct diagnosis and effective treatment.

Risk management
Development and implementation of prevention and risk management programs for occupational hygiene.
