The second REM course have passed In Tomsk
A basic knowledge of first aid is important to complete the course. The main task is to increase the specialists competency through the usage of unique techniques. The REM course program was should work out standards of first aid to the victim. Foundation specialists will monitor the learning process and give feedback via videoconferencing.

The agreement about the usage of the program was signed in March 2017 in Tomsk by the REM course coordinator of the SAFER foundation Lena Heymvik and the general director of the Center of Corporate Medicine Sergey Antipov.

SAFER is the Norwegian Foundation for the Promotion of Education and Research in the Field of Medicine and Health Protection, operating since 2006. Located in the city of Stavanger - the oil capital of Norway, where the headquarters of the state-owned oil company Statoil ASA are located.

The small innovative enterprise "Arctic Medical Training", which is a part of the Group of Companies "Center of Corporate Medicine", was established in 2015 together with the Siberian State Medical University.
