More than a hundred experts will discuss problems of remote healthcare in Tomsk
The registration for the II International Scientific Conference "MODERN SOLUTIONS OF REMOTE HEALTHCARE", which will be held in the Tomsk SEZ on the 12-14 of September, is opened.
"We are going to organize a unique international discussion platform in Tomsk region that will cover all the main aspects of remote health care: the organization of the medical services, the emergency response schemes, the use of air ambulance , training of medical staff, modern technologies to support remote health care," – said the rector of Siberian State Medical University Olga Kobyakova .
Conference events are divided into two blocks. On the 13th of September, participants will discuss the standards of medical care, the risks of occupational diseases and their management, medical evacuation. On the 14th of September key topics will be telemedicine, staff training, international experience of RemoteHealthcare.
"We organize the conference for the second time, this year we provide the possibility of online participation for speakers, and the focus this year will be on the telemedicine. We invite leading experts in this field, together with the Siberian State Medical University we will conduct a foresight , where domestic and foreign experts will form a telemedicine vision in ten and twenty years, "said the general director of the Center of Corporate Medicine Sergey Antipov .
As part of the business program of the conference it'll be signed agreements on the establishment of a trilateral scientific consortium (Russia, Scotland, UAE), on the implementation of a pilot telemedicine project between Russia and Vietnam (CCM and Dr.Bihn TeleClinic), and on the opening of the first Chapter of International Trauma Life Support course in Russia. Experts from the United States, Vietnam, Slovenia, Finland, Scotland, Russia, Kazakhstan, and the United Arab Emirates have already confirm their participation.
