Arctic Medical Training trains employees of a big diamond mining company in Russia
First aid training courses were conducted for ALROSA in the Mirny city on the basis of the training centers in Udachny and Akhal village.

"ALROSA has large medical services. This is our second visit here; after our first training, the company began to re-equip the first-aid posts – automatic external defibrillators, stretchers, all new equipment used in our training were purchased . We work according to the international standards and it is nice to see the results of how the medical services of real enterprises have been changed for the better after our courses. Finally, this helps to provide medical care to employees effectively. The final goal is to make all employees of the company have been trained at our courses, "- said the Arctic Medical Training instructor Tatiana Khrapovitskaya .

About 40 employees of the company were trained – 14 on them during our first visit last year and 24 people – in June this year. According to Khrapovitskaya, by the end of 2018 the Tomsk Center and PJSC ALROSA have planned several more trainings.
