Greetings at the opening of the conference will be made by Deputy Governor of Social Policy of Tomsk region Ivan Deyev , President of the Association "INOTZDRAV" Sergey Antipov, Professor at the University of Aberdeen (UK) Nelson Norman and member of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Commission on Health Industry (Russia) Dmitry Efremov .
At 10.00, the first panel session of the conference "Current issues of remote healthcare in industry" will begin. Its participants will discuss the organization and standards of medical care in remote areas, in the conditions of the Far North, rural areas, deserts, offshore, sea vessels, oil and gas production platforms, promising projects and growth points of industrial healthcare.
At 13.30, the IT-park of SibSMU will launch a foresight- session "Telemedicine": students, young scientists and international experts together will look for ways to develop technologies in the field of telemedicine at remote sites.
At 14.40, the panel session "Risks of occurrence of diseases at work and their management will begin. Reducing the risk of morbidity and mortality at remote sites. Industrial Hygiene."
The Telemedicine panel session, which opens at 4.45 pm, will end the first day of the conference. Vice Governor of Tomsk region Ivan Deev will act as moderator of the session and speaker with the topic "Remote monitoring of patients with chronic non-communicable diseases: doctor-patient model".
Conference program The first international conference "Innovative trends and development prospects in the field of industrial medicine and health protection" was held in Tomsk on September 22-23, 2016. More than a hundred international experts took part in the business program. Following the conference, three international cooperation agreements were concluded, the Institute of Remote Health was opened (as a strategic partner of the Institute of Remote Healthcare (Scotland), which organizes the conference "Remote Healthcare – A Modern Solution to the Problem" in 2018 .
