CCM joined the Association of the Helicopter Industry
The Center of Corporate Medicine has joined the Association of the Helicopter Industry as an associate member.
The Association unites companies and organizations whose activity is connected with the helicopter industry for coordination and representation of their interests. The association includes major Russian and foreign airline companies and helicopter operators.
The association provides a platform for direct cooperation between companies and organizes important events for the industry. CCM Group takes an active part in these events: the 'HeliRussia' conference, the 'Sanaviation' forum, and various air shows.
"Air ambulance is one of the important areas of focus in CCM. Every day there are medical evacuations from our medical centers. We carry out about forty helicopter evacuations a month.
Most of our facilities are located in the Arctic zone or territories that are climatically and territorially equivalent to it. This is the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous region, Yamalo-Nenets region, Sakha-Yakutia republic, Krasnoyarsk region, etc. Helicopters are often the only way to deliver the injured or sick person to a specialized medical center.
CCM is one of the big players in the state's air ambulance program. We have a lot of questions about evacuations, the organization of air ambulance, and interaction with the regional Disaster Medical Centers.
We have been successful in addressing these issues, and hopefully will be even more successful as part of the Association. We are well-known medical experts in the air ambulance, and our competencies will come in handy in the main directions of Association work for 2021". - said Yuri Kardakov, head of the air ambulance service of CCM Group.
